Bob,

Upon rare ocassions I do build a frame that has Italian BB threads; so does Peter Johnson. I still have a fondness for the Cinelli style sand cast BB shell. I use them on special projects; for example I used one on the track frame with the one piece headtube that is shown on the CR site in the Baylis catagory. It has been heavily modified; but that's one of the things those shells are very good for. I still have quite a few of them but save them for certain situations.

I will be bringing that purple track frame to the Cirque for display; and it has just come up for sale. It's 53cm c-t.

Could we hazard to guess more Italian and French taps now belong to non Bike shops? I have oberved many of the Campy kits on Ebay are Italian/French . Jamie any KOF guys using French or Italian? Heres another Tack, Go to your local Car dealer and see if they have any specialty tools for a 15-20 year old car
