The BVVW group (a tangent of Gruppo Sportivo Pergolizzi) is comprised of a rag-tag gang of hardcore certified velo-freaks, who hangout (drink beer), talk bike stuff (eat Pizza) and ride together (drink coffee) every now and again. And with summer now officially here, tis the season to celebrate the bike!

WHAT: "Breaking Away" free public screening in Manhattan's Bryant Park
WHERE: Bryant Park is behind the Public Library (6th Avenue between 41st and 42nd Street)
WHEN: Monday, June 22nd. Film begins at sunset (typically between 8 and 9PM)...but people show up at the park to claim space starting at 5PM. Get there early and claim a spot!
HOW: Not sure how early I can get there, but look for a guy in a white "Cutters" shirt and red Norcon helmet with a "34" on the sides. That's me! Keep my phone number handy and we'll try to assemble a posse! Call me if ya get there and claim a spot! This is gonna be a LOOSE gathering. Not a meeting, but it'd be nice to have some familiar faces around as I hoot and holler at the screen!
