I've had several Rossin's (Record and RLX), still have one actually. They are really really great riding frames, assuming they fit of course. In every Rossin I had the serial number was in the left side rear dropout, and also on the steerer tube. I couldn't make any sense of the numbering though, and I think no-one on the list could (its been discussed before, search the archives). So dating a frame has to be done by looking at small details ...
