I think you're right about Orero being from Argentina. I don't know too much but I do know that he built bikes first under his own name, and later was one of that long line of guys who built the Paris Sport bikes for Vic and Mike Fraysse at their shop in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey. The other builders were (not nessesarily in this order) Dave Molten, Mike Melton, Guiseppe Limongi and Francisco Cuevas... I always theought that Orero bikes were pretty nicely crafted.
