If I remember correctly, SW Cotten frames were indeed Hurlows and were sold at Bicycle Renaissance on Columbus Avenue around 83rd street in the 70's when, I believe, MR Cotten was the store's owner. This store is still in existence under new ownership on Columbus Ave near the Museum of Natural History. Can anyone corraborate? Dan Grosser, Philadelphia PA, USA
