Nope. That's a much later bike. Probably Ted Kirkbride is the builder. Can't see the details very well from the photos.
While I was working there the frames were built by a crew of about 8 people. Aside from the few mario would build on weekends; none of the bikes were built by a single person. So even if it were made while I was working there (on either of the two occasions), I could not say that "I" built it.
