They are not period-correct, but I used the Kool-stop bolt-on pads and holders with the eccentric washers to help with adjusting the toe- in. They are longer and much more effective in all weather than the original Weinmann pads. Of course, our two Peugeot UO-18 mixtes, on which I am using the Weinmann CP brakes, are most definitely functional town/commuter bikes and not restorations, so my answer may not suit your aesthetic goals....
