I didn't want to be the bearer of bad news either but that looks like a bad repair job on the down tube lug and a respray.

Some other obvious things, the Colnago Super decal on the top tube was usually found on the chain stays and the fork crowns like yours were usually chrome plated. Colnago didn't start applying "fade" paint jobs until much later than your frame.
