Subject: [CR] More Help Identifying a French Mystery Frame

List, I've had this French mystery frame for a while and have had a hard time identifying it. It's 3 Tubes Vitus, Nervex lugs, Simplex LJ dropouts, and the braze-ons make me think it's representative of mid-1950's French frame construction practices. It has a couple features that are very distinctive, but not any marque I know of - a rounded semi-wrap seatstay cap and the vertical-mount butterfly brake bridge. I've been studying Stellas and Heyletts. hoping that the champ stripes on the downtube might provide further clues, but to no avail. I've posted this once before, but with terrible dark pictures. Hopefully the better natural light in these photos can translate into existential clarity for this bike. Thanks in advance for your knowledge.
