Thanks for pointing out what should have been obvious to me, that the distance from the shoulder of the spider arm is too large to be from a 144 crank.

I found another example on my HDD, this from the earlier 151 style with the blockier arms with the smaller bevel and the skinnier milled relief, this one with the word Campagnolo on the inside of the pedal hole (see Left two arms here):

So to take a stab at a likely chronology, I think we have this apparently early 1960s immediately after the raised pedal lip versions type just above, then probably the type from the recent auction, then the more familiar type with the pedal threading engraved inboard of the pedal hole.
