You're right, I thought they were clearing them out a while back, but they must have had a ton of them. At that price, anyone who even thinks they might want to disassemble an old Regina or Atom FW should buy at least one. I've never found removing the two inside cogs a practical thing to do until yesterday, using this tool. A specialized tool to be sure, but there are still lots of old Regina and Atom FW's out there.
