Subject: [CR] old Peugot on ebay

I emailed the French seller on this quite old Peugeot with a question about the age, model and originality of the paint: http://tiny.cc/HhdNX or item 200400467299 A man of few choice words, his response was: phx 1959 the paint is original Reviewing the 1959 French brochure on RetroPeugeot shows it is clearly not a PHX-10 or PHX-40, The PHX-50 page is in color and shows the same colors along with what also looks like a steel cottered crank and what look like 650B wheels and tires. The next page shows a PHX-8 in black and white which looks similar, but has lighter wheels, but it does not state they are 700c nor does it state it has Helium tubes as the PHX-50 does. Qs: Anyone know which model it is for certain? I kind of like the look - would it be worth fooling with? It seems collecting the missing pieces may be a long expensive process. Are helium tubes lighter than air? - better than (other kinds of) gas pipe? I assume that is not where the phrase 'gas pipe' came from. Does the Inoxidable sticker mean that is not really rust where the paint has been chipped? Any reason to think the seller may be wrong about the year?
Thanks,
