Hi CR members,

A few items with better pricing and availability for CR members.

Prices are for a limited time and applicable just to the items allocated on the store.

Go to the link below and follow the links to the store. Then under category, select "CR Specials".

http://www.renehersebicycles.com

First, we have right side milled Nuovo Record 167.5mm crankarms for $ 40 each. Then there are Brev crank dustcaps at $25 per pair.

A really cool item is 170mm "mutant" left-only milled Nuovo Record crankarms. These are really tandem arms, but you can buy and helicoil to make it a proper left hand thread. And if that doesn't float your boat, we supply the arm with a right hand pedal spindle for NR/SL Campy pedals so you can reverse the pedal's threading. Of course, makes it more likely to unthread. But the price of these arms with the spindle for a very limited time is just $34.

We also have a few sets of Campy vertical dropouts for $28.

Finally, there is a cool bb parts combo. It starts with a true record (pre-1968 Nuovo Record) spindle for BSC - the one for thin cups. Then we include a pair of BSC thin cups (the cups are later style/marking though). So for all but the earliest Campy alloy cranks, until the change in 1978, this spindle will get you going on a BSC bike. Remember that all triple and track bb's used the thin cups, so this is a pretty fine parts combo even though its not the thick rifled stuff. The bb combos are $33. You get the spindle, the adjustable cup (no lockring), and the fixed cup.

Please note that shipping is extra - unless you are just buying dustcaps (we'll sneak those in an envelope with no shipping, within the US). At checkout, you select the shipping that seems most correct. If the item(s) fit in a postal priority flat rate envelope or small flat rate box, select the $6 option. If larger, select the $10 option. Please email us if a foreign order.

If you have questions, email us at reneherse@comcast.net

This email does not get monitored - it gets burried in list emails.

Thanks so much!
