I don't think these will help Mark, as the seller says these only work on Legnano and some Frejus frames WITH a split in the tube. But I just now bought two of them. I had an old style Cinelli seatbolt lost by a restorer and had a terrible time finding one, finally having one made by a list member. So a spare or two is cheap insurance if one has or thinks one might buy a Legnano. BTW, another unique Legnano bit is the CP brake hanger that threads into a hole in the back of the seattube, since there is no conventional seatbolt to secure a hanger to. But you can get around that one by using SP brakes.
