Subject: [CR] Frame design detail changes

As I look at older racing frames for sale, I'm try to determine there age. My experience in these things started around 1984, when most of the items I ask about below are already in place. So when did the majority of European racing frame builders change from:

- over the bottom bracket cable guides to under the bb?

- the long style of campy forged rear dropouts to the short style?

- nutted brake calipers to allen head mounted calipers?

- one set of bottle cage braze-ons vs two sets, pump peg, and chain hanger?

- slightly crimped right rear chainstay vs uncrimped?

- from stage race geometry (for lack of a better description) to more criterium type geometry?

- are there other things to look for to help determine the approximate age of these frames?

Thank you for your time and consideration! (I hope I'm not going over too much old ground here?)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Best,
