Hello Group, Could someone remind me what the old rule was back in the 70's? regarding the eyeballing of the handlebars and the front hub. I remember that if the stem had the proper extension, the handlebars would visually "cover" the front hub...but was this when one was riding the top of the bars, or the drops? Thanks in advance,
