Well the most obvious difference is the fork crown, which is not the full sloping type found on the Cinelli SC. BUT this Windsor crown does look very similar to one on a Cinelli Model B recently on eBay. So maybe one should compare Windsor Pro to Cinelli B. What post size did a Cinelli B use?
