Greetings. I am making one fine silver 54cm late 50's Cinelli pista available. The bike is in very very good un-restored condition and is equipped with Record crank, BB, and seat post which holds up a 1960 Brooks swallow which is also in near perfect condition.
The hubs are small flange FB units laced to Cerchio Ghisallo wooden rims. The stem is a deep drop Cinelli steel item with very nice Von Kemp bars., An early clip style Cinelli head set is installed. No dents, few scratches, original paint and decals. The finest un-restored Cinelli pista I have seen in person or on the net. I ride this bike almost daily and care for her with the consistent care the old girl deserves. The price is firm unless someone throws an interesting part trade idea my way. At any rate this bike is oh so nice and I will let her go with tears in my eyes. No hidden damage, no nasty blemishes, no broken parts, no jury rigged bits.
I am asking $4000 and will professionally package the bike to optimize the odds of it arriving unscathed via the buyers choice of shippers for a reasonable fee. Pick up in person is also fine. I also have a 65-P-110 Campy BB spindle which I will let go for $35.
And a set of red label Cerchio Fiemme tubular rims in silver with eyelets for $125 the set. These parts which are applicable to the Cinelli can be included with the bike if they do not sell first at a reduced cost.
I am also an artist and produce very nice highly detailed drawings of vintage bicycles. Prints of existing images are available or $17.50 ea. (includes shipping to CONUS). And I stand ready to produce other art on request at negotiable rate.
I also produce some especially striking poster and flyer art for vintage bicycle and motorcycle events in particular.
