Could be a steal (or stolen) at that price although as usual with CL listings the photos look like they were taken in a dark basement with a 10 year old cell phone with a dirty lens (what's up with that?) The reflectors in the spokes and the Weinmann brake levers indicate the claim of originality is likely just a story.
