John, your timely post re Cinelli oiler port (on bottom of BB) prompted me to piggy-back on your inquiry. My 60's SC has a protruding nub on bottom of BB shell that has what appears to be a round-head screw that could very well serve as a drain-plug. I've seen a pic of Cinelli BB w/topside oiler, this one doesn't appear to have that.
So my question to Cinelliphiles, does my drain plug-only sound correct; and John, does your C have both top (oiler) and bottom (drain) ports?
