On another note, we've had this frame kicking around for a while. It's stickered as "Borrego" but looks like a pretty obvious repaint. The Reynolds sticker even says 'repaint' on it which I've never seen before. The frame is pretty distinctive and I was wondering if anyone had any clues as to what it is?
