Jerry Moos said "...I think Nervar may be the most underappreciated and undercollected classic crank marque...."

Harvey Sachs said "...So, without exception, all of the Nervars that I've handled have been second-class wannabes."

This model of Nervar five pin crankset currently on eBay seems to be one exception; perhaps there are other Nervar exceptions. This Nervar crankset is an alloy five pin model, and seems above second class quality to my uneducated eye, perhaps right up there alongside alloy five pin cranks from TA and Stronglight (?)
