Subject: [CR] Early 60's Frejus Pista: Spacing and BB Questions

My recently acquired Frejus Pista has me scratching my head... The serial number and build details place the bike from around 1962-1964. As far as I know, they were mostly Campy-equipped bikes at this time. My rear spacing measures around 114mm... Is this likely a 110 that has been widened over time? Or a 120 that has been compressed? What's appropriate for a bike of this vintage? If a 110 is "correct", did this bike come with Campy hubs that were spaced at 110? And a 70-P-110 BB? Should I be looking to run everything at 110 to get a proper chainline? Or "modernize" to 120? Maybe cold set the rear end? Maybe just squeeze a wheel in there? If it needs to be 110, can later Campy track hubs be re-spaced to 110? Or was there a difference in the shell width too? Might it be possible to use a 70-P-120 BB and a later wheelset which is squeezed into the rear end at current 114 spacing? WWCRD? (What Would Classic Rendezvous Do?)
