I have a set of old racing wheels (much newer than these) I bought used, with flat black painted steel spokes. They don't say Rodelli or really anything, but that description sure fits them. Dura Ace low flange, Matrix shallow aero tubular rims, 36 spokes. I figured they were for TT because there was no brake track wear. "Just go fast - no stopping allowed!"
