i have a brand new wheel at least the dura ace hub was new as well as the mavic open 4 cd rim. it has black spokes except my buddy at the bike shop didn't have enough and finished with a couple or few stainless. beautiful job and the price was right.free is free but obviously not a perfectionist....last post of the day in wintry howell nj usa ..kevin ruberg ...be good
