i also have a late 50's -early 60's urago frame that has had the rear derailleur hanger cut off and the top tube was damaged and welded back together with a slight bump under front bottom head lug. i was gonna repair it and make it a road path but it's got to go for the new bike its vitus tubing ,,nervex lugs and simplex drop outs the frame is 59 cm c-t x 59 cm c-c. $125.00 shipped u.s.
