Subject: [CR] old bike ID -- more photos -- builder initials "LS"?

A few weeks back I posted a link to photos of an old (1930s?) track frame I'm trying to ID. Thanks to those who emailed me with their thoughts. Due to the headlugs, I wondered if it was a Pop Brennan frame, but it looks like not. After wire brushing a little of the paint and crud off, I took more photos and posted:

The BB shell is stamped: "British Made" "V" "120" "LS"

The stampings look more like they're done by the builder than by the shell caster, but hard to know.

"LS" could be the builder's initials -- any ideas?

Thanks -
