Dale asked:

"Question: Do you know the function of that little lever which can be seen built in along side the upper head set?"

in relation to the Taurus bike sold in the following ebay auction: http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=270333633854

This lever works like a flick stand from the 70's/80's. When you fold it upwards into the groove in the headset it holds the front wheel straight, making leaning the bike against a wall or similar easier.
