Hello Fellow Vintage Cyclists,
Enclosed is a photo taken while in Bastrop State Park today. I could not help letting every one know that Fausto Coppi, now after having been gone for 50 years, is not forgotten. I wanted to give just as much credit to Mr. Gino Bartali for his valuable contribution to the world of cycling and to his honorable courage during WWII. There have been many other greats like Eddy Merckx, Jacques Anquetil, Gustav Hakansson, Lousion Bobet, Lance Armstrong and the list goes on and on. Thank you all who are involved with the CR site, Dale and all those members of the Classic Rendezvous mail list who work behind the scenes for your contribution to make this the greatest hobby of vintage cycling and what it has to offer.
