If we are referring to the same Stevenson, i.e. Bill, he is at the Bike Stand (a part of Olympic Outfitters) in Olympia, Washington. He is still building frames part-time and all are either lugged or fillet brazed steel, so I would say KOF is an accurate description. He has a website that can be easily Googled. He sold me my first good bike (a Gitane TDF) in 1974 and I have two of his bikes built 10 years or so ago. One or the other of those bikes gets ridden almost every day.
