Offered to CR members are some beautiful, interesting and uncommon frames - the c1974 De Rosa has been beautifully painted and restored by Argos Cycles in the Molteni Team colours - De Rosa sold frames just like this in 1970s, the Dave Moulton track is an unusual example of one of his UK built frames. The Ellis Briggs track is just stunning and very special. And its not often that one of the late 60s Pat Hanlon fancy lug frames turns up either.

The bottom bracket shell is slotted and has a heart cutout in the down tube tang. Its in excellent condition and De Rosas of this period are really rather uncommon. 795 GBP or near offer

ELLIS BRIGGS TRACK FRAME c1946 Original paint Superb lugwork Seat Tube (ctt) : 56cm (22in) Top Tube (ctc): 56.5cm (22.25in) Rear dropout width: 110mm Wheel size: 27s or 700C (brake drop of approx 62mm with 700C) Bottom bracket threads: English Seatpost size: 27.2mm Old track frames do not come much nicer than this. The paint is very good - yes of course there are quite a lot of marks but nothing obtrusive and just look at those gorgeous decals and box lining... But best of all are the stunning hand cut lugs - they really are rather special... The chrome is very good on the head tube and forks but is bubbling on the rear stays a bit. The frame is straight and dent free. Ellis Briggs started out in framebuilding in the middle 1930s and this frame is thought to date from about 1946 as it just predates the records they still have. It comes complete with its original handlebar stem and bars - the stem was built by Ellis Briggs. 345 GBP

It\u2019s built from single point Prugnat type lugs and has the Witcomb wrapover seatstay tops. It comes complete with headset. The fron fork is drilled for a brake. 195 GBP

This is a close clearance pure track frame built by Dave Moulton

Pat Hanlon had her frames built by a number of builders over the years
- his one ios thought to be the hand of Vic Edwards who also built
frames for Condors, under his own name (Rondinella) and for Shorters and
almost quite a for other top London shops. This frame with its rather
beautiful fancy hand cut lugs is in very good condition with just one
dent on the underside of the top tube which could could easily be filled

He also built frames under his own name in the 1980s. He was a successful pro rider himself and learnt framebuilding at Carlton Cycles. This frame is really rather nice with Prugnat long point lugs and shot in seatstays. The paint is in very good condition. 95 GBP
