All Campy pedals from the on-topic era use the same threading. If you don't strictly need an "official" Campagnolo dustcap, dustcaps for the MKS "Sylvan" pedal will also work in Campy pedals, and are cheap and readily available. They're solid aluminum so you can easily file off the MKS logo on the cap to make it anonymous.
