I've always wondered if old quality (Campagnolo, etc) pitted BB spindles could be re-ground and reused. It appears the machining process to re-grind spindles is available as per this ebay auction: 120521983989.
If the seller is a list member I apologize in advance. I was a little taken aback when I saw the spindle in the photo which I was interested in purchasing only to learn this fellow is advertising a service on ebay. Does ebay allow such activity? I don't really care--just thought I'd share it with the list.
