... anyway i started walking around the local park recently. a 1.22 mile loop. use to do 50 miles on a weekend morning "back in the day" on the bike. but that was then, and this is now. walked a single loop in 30 minutes today. wasn't pretty, but better than the 50 mins last week.

... am thinking about pulling an old ride out of the attic. just took off the old shimano clipless pedals. any thoughts on a rat trap type pedal i can use with running shoes. the bicycle in question is an atlantis (purchased the frame from dale ... how long ago that seems now :)
