Subject: [CR] WTB 56 or 57cm Frame

For years I've had these muffled voices in my head. My shrink & wife figured I was psychotic. However, upon unearthing a nearly complete Campy NR gouppo in my basement a month or so ago, the voices became loud & clear....."Put us back on a Bike! Put us back on a Bike" In order to silence the loud cries now emanating from the floor below I have 2 options: A) Re-build my Paletti Aelle frame, or, B) Purchase something new. Being as it is my patriotic duty as an American to help stimulate the economy (that's the story I'm telling my spouse), I thought I'd explore option B. I'm interested in buying a 56/57cm frame & fork, circa 70's/early 80's. Must be Italian thread. Unfortunately, my economy stimulus account isn't overly large...approx $500 (plus shipping). I realize at this price, I'm not going to be buying a Masi or Cinelli. I also am aware that this amount won't buy a showroom queen. Perhaps a member of the list has a nice, rideable frame from one of the lesser known builders from this era that is also screaming to be ridden once again & requires a good home.
If so, please e-mail me off list.
