It's not clear to me what you're asking. In describing the stripped piece, are you referring to the bottom bracket shell -- that is the threaded shell brazed into the frame into which the seat tube, down tube, and chainstays insert, and through which the bottom bracket bearing assemble goes? Or are you referring to the bearing cup that threads into the aforementioned shell?

What is this "35mm shell tool" to which you refer? Perhaps a tap for cutting or chasing the threads in the shell? Or is it a tool for removing the cup from the shell?

I'd like to help, but I'm having a hard time figuring out what you're describing.
