Here is an unidentified 1930s American track bike. The tag with it indicates that it was made by Joe Kopsky (spelled on the tag "Copsky") however we just are not sure. Please see the pictures in the link below.

Any thoughts? could it be an early Kopsky perhaps? Any help would be appreciated.
