[CR] Rim identification question

Hello, List member Don Gillies and I were discussing my Lilac/blue 1971/2 Raleigh Competition. http://home.earthlink.net/~mike.sherman/competition.html

Don believes that the remnants of one of the decals on the rear rim is a blue NISI arrow shaped decal (last photo in set). Both rims have the same white oval decal over the rim joint.

Any idea what the rims really are? If that is a NISI label, does anyone have a photo of what the whole decal looked like?
