To CR List Members- on the subject of the Falcon San Remo, in my opinion, one of the beautiful English bikes ever made, that robins egg blue, chrome lugs and that Frejus like red Falcon logo on the downtube was a real eyecatcher! I do remember writing to Falcon in 1971,and receiving a very nice catalog which I subsequently lost. I believe the address was Barton on Humber, England. Perhaps our English list members could confirm that. I also remember that the San Remo model was available in all chrome. Also, there was an attractive lime green 2nd tier model built with Reynolds 531 straight gauge tubing. I am stretching my memory on this(now a senior citizen), but does anyone remember these facts?
