Thanks to all who responded. It seems that there has never been an official manual from Campagnolo for the tools besides the poster. There are however some additional remarks using the tools in the instructions of some Campagnolo parts like those for the headset which also mentions the jigs 731 732. I wasn't aware of that. Although I haven't used the Campagnolo tools before I know basically how to handle a reamer or head set press. I just couldn't believe that there has never been an official manual. (Maybe I'm just spoiled by the amount of instructions and warnings you get nowadays when you buy anything related to bicycles).
