I have to say I am not convinced that this bike is a De Rosa... The chainstay bridge and seatstay bridges are unlike any other early De Rosa I know of. All the early De Rosas I have seen have had reinforcements to the chainstays at least. And apparently the seatstay bridge is curved... And there are no pictures tellingly of the rear dropouts... But the fork crown is the same type as used on the 1970 De Rosa on Speedbicycle's website...
