Yup.  Much to my dismay, my new 1973 Gitane Tour de France came with a Sugino Mighty Competition crankset rather than the catalog-advertised Stronglight 93.  The Sugino Mighty Competition was a Campy Nuovo Record copy which limited the inner chainring to a 41t.  I wanted the Stronglight's smaller 39t inner ring and subsequently had the shop trade it out.
