[CR] ISO: Obscure CLB hardware

CLB is already a bit obscure, so does that make my title an oxymoron?

At any rate, I'm looking for a couple specific bits to complete a set of CLB Professional calipers.

Those bits are:

Single barrel adjuster for brake lever "red dot" insert for brake cable pinch bolt. Brake cable pink bolt (chrome, looks similar to a MAFAC canti pivot bolt, but threaded section is much wider).
