Subject: [CR] Mercian repair in the USA or maybe Canada?

I'd like to get the dent out of the top tube on my '84 Mercian (531c tubing) but sending the bike back to Britain for a repair, when it seems there should be someone here in the States who can do the open hearth brazing, goes against my grain.

There's nothing green about sending steel back and forth by air freight.

Doing the additional paper work and running the risk of additional damage doesn't appeal to me either.

So if you owned a Mercian that'd had something dropped on its top tube cable guide--breaking that guide and leaving a dent in the tube.... who in North America would you send it to?
