Jon Piktin says "Nervex lugs, ....French BB-...Long serial number 14 digits?.... Mondia has been suggested but the serial number seems too long...."

As your photos show, the long number on your Nervex bottom bracket is closely associated with the stamped word Nervex there, and to corroborate Chas. Colerich, it is a Nervex bottom bracket number. I have bikes with long Nervex bottom bracket numbers that have separate bike serial numbering, including a Mondia.

Another place to check for serial numbering would be stamped into the fork steerer tube.
