It is as if you had owned it all those years. If it came with lesser brakes, you would have upgraded the brakes when they became available. And yes, Campy brakes are an upgrade from Universals.

If Dr. Ferdinand Porsche could magically drive up to a current Porsche Concours event, his car wouldn't fit in. It would be far from stock, no?
