I agree! Paul, I think you owe these folks an apology for that last dig, totally unnecessarily IMO.

You have dragged CycArt rather thoroughly through the mud on this.

Most CR readers have come to the conclusion that this was a misunderstanding and resulted from poor communications. But in the end, no one has to do work they do not want to do. Nor are we obligated to contract any work with these painters. These jobs go forward by mutual consent and agreement. You did not have that in place so all you are out is the shipment and time. And presumably you understood that going in...

So everyone needs to retreat to their corners and start over...
