How much feedback do you have? If it's below 100(or somewhere around that) you won't receive payment until the buyer leaves you positive feedback. I ran into this policy a while back on a couple of fairly high value auctions. Was very frustrating but it worked out in the end for me. Your hesitation is understandable given the buyers lack of feedback, have you had any communication with them?
