Dear All, It has been a long time since I last posted, so I thought I'd contribute some photos of the latest bike that I put together. It is a French bike again...of course! It is a circa 1977/78 Manufrance Poulidor Competition frame that I acquired on Ebay about a year ago (NOS). Although originally fitted with a Shimano accessories (which did not come with the frame, except the crankset), I decided to add some typically French parts. The lugs are lined in gold and the decals are also gold, so I decided to go the whole hog and fit gold accessories! The frame is not top quality but it is made from Vitus 971 double butted tubing (frame tubes and forks). The drop-outs are Shimano. Here's a link to some photos. http://petersclassicwheels.blogspot.com/

All the best, Peter Rogers
