Back in the 90's, Match Bicycle's Tim Issac took on a request from Bruce Gordon's former collaborator, Robert Beckman to build a top shelf heavy duty camping bike. The frame was brazed by Martin Tweedy now of Hampsten. The lugs were cut and the frame was pinned by Kirk Pacenti (who we all know). The chainstays are a loong 45cm and the frame features S&S couplers. Lighting consists of twin Schmidt E-6 lights powered by a Nabendynamo hub. Beckman was somewhat of a perfectionist and his frames commanded high dollar and very long wait times. His custom racks were (and still are) quite a piece of engineering as were his Needleworks panniers.

It will be on display at Cirque
